Traditional Shuttle
We've recently updated our traditional shuttles! These shuttles were one of the first items we ever created, and felt they needed a fresh look. They all have a blade like edge that is great for beating and gliding between strings. Shuttles are then sanded till they're super smooth, and buffed with a natural beeswax blend.

The traditional shuttles are around 4 1/4" x 1 1/4" on average and are 1/4" thick. These particular shuttles are made from various kinds of exotic hardwoods!

You can use our shuttles for any number of weaving and crafting purposes including inkle, tablet, box, rigid heddle, sami, card, and small detail work!

We now offer a Surprise Me option on many of our smaller tools. This is great if you can’t decide which beautiful wood you like best. Plus, you might even get a wood not listed, as Maggie does like to experiment with different exotic woods from time to time.

Available in Cherry, Mahogany, Maple and Purpleheart.
